How to Make a Booking
- X-rays (general and dental) do not require an appointment.
- All other examinations do require a booking. (These would include MRI, CT, Mammography, Bone Mineral Density, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and Interventional procedures.)
- To make an appointment simply use our WhatsApp Booking Service or
- Complete the form below, and one of our team will contact you to confirm a date and time.
- Alternatively, you can phone us.
- If you need to make an appointment urgently, your doctor can discuss the matter directly with one of our radiologists.
- What you need to bring to your appointment:
- Referral letter from your doctor or health care provider
- Medical Aid card
- Identity document (ID or Passport)
- Patients booking for “Injury on Duty” (IOD) examinations, please also provide:
- Form WCL.2 – Employers Report of an Accident
- Form WCL.4 – First Medical Report in respect of an Accident
If you are diabetic, suffer from kidney disorders (especially renal failure), pregnant or have a known allergy (particularly to radiographic dyes/contrast), then please let us know so that we may determine which test is most suitable for you.
